Rita is a gifted writer who is able to produce communications for a variety of formats and in any tone of voice.

 

With a background in public relations at the Debenham Group and Burson Marsteller, she has been a speech writer, produced corporate brochures, written about seasonal foods in her own column in The Times, written and edited a magazine for a trade association and produced hundreds of published articles.

 

Her output ranges from press releases to training manuals, conference & event organisation and publicity campaigns: her booklet '21 Reasons to be excited about local foods' was reprinted four times with over million copies distributed.
